- Led engineering team of 8-10 responsible for BitGo’s $3.2B+ ETH AUC. Spent 1⁄2 time on people management & technical vision setting and 1⁄2 time on engineering work.
- ETH TSS Wallets: Cross-functional initiative that brings BitGo wallet transaction fees to a minimum using Threshold Signature Scheme (TSS) cryptography. Directly responsible for 100% savings in wallet creation costs and 83% savings on transaction fees across 100,000s of addresses ($3M+ in client savings/year).
- ETH Merge & Shapella Hard Fork: Initiatives to support major Ethereum network upgrades. Led infrastructure development for the ETH merge, withstanding <1 hour production downtime (vs 10+ hour industry average). Oversaw development of ETH staking product ($100M+ in ETH staked).
- Asset Onboardings: Led Binance Smart Chain and Polygon wallets integrations. Polygon wallet used as foundation for flagship Nike integration (1M+ wallets created in 2023).
